What are Teen Tech Tutors?

Teen Tech Tutors will provide one-on-one help to adults who would like to learn basic computer skills or how to better use their ereader or smartphone.  Basic computer skills will range from helping an adult learn how to use a mouse, set up an email account, use Microsoft Word, or how to navigate the Internet.

Who Can Volunteer?

Students in grades 9 through 12 who are interested in volunteering to teach basic technology skills at the Victor Farmington Library.

Why Should I become a Teen Tech Tutor?

It is a great way to obtain your community service credits and it will reflect well on your college applications.  You’ll also have a lot of fun!

When should I sign up?

Right now!  For our Summer session, we need to receive your application before June 15th.

What do I have to do to sign up?

Fill out the online Teen Tech Tutor Application. After we receive your application, we may contact you for an interview.
