The Just Say Yes (JSY) to Fruits and Vegetables program makes learning about cooking and nutrition fun and easy to understand. Each workshop features a cooking demonstration, offers free recipe samples, and covers a nutrition topic. Learn new ways to prepare healthy, low-cost recipes!
